CCSN
Achievements
The students at CCA and DHPH have a history of consistently scoring above both district and state averages in the CSAP. In the 2004-2005 school year, CCA's third grade class scored 100% proficient on the Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) testing in reading and math and the fifth grade class scored 100% proficient in reading as well. Both the elementary and middle school programs are currently rated as “Excellent” by the Colorado Department of Education. CCA has accomplished amazing results in several areas; from creating an integrated interdisciplinary curriculum to achieving 100% proficiency in several areas of CSAP testing. In addition, during the 2004 – 2005 school year every grade level at CCA exceeded the state performance levels in all subject content areas. The accomplishments of our students and staff are well recognized as Cesar Chavez Academy is becoming a model for national replication.
